“Having thus a fond affection for you, we were well pleased to impart to you not only the Gospel of God, but also our own lives,
because you had become very dear to us.” 1 Thessalonians 2:8

To cultivate a community where students learn to exalt the name of Jesus in our city, nation, and world while equipping families for discipleship.

To contextualize the ministry and mission of The Austin Stone Community Church in the lives of students in 6th-12th grade. We seek to worship Christ, equip students with the gospel, build community that allows students to be known and cared for, and make disciples.

Our Sunday gatherings are a time where our students get to connect with God, our volunteer leaders, and one another. Every Sunday has its own unique dynamic, but a majority of the time, you’re going to get a combination of hilarious games and skits, authentic worship, and challenging teaching that often leads to vibrant discussion.

We desire to build a ministry that is both deep and wide. We desire to grow wide through our Sunday gatherings, campus events, and central events. We also desire to go deep through our Discipleship Communities (DCOMM’s) that include biblical training, accountability, friendship with other students, and mentorship from our dedicated volunteer leaders. DCOMM’s are age and gender-specific groups of 4-10 students led by two volunteer leaders and meet throughout the week at various locations and times.

Contact your campus STUDENTS director to learn more about a DCOMM that might be a good fit for your student.
